Admin permissions

The complete privileged surface of the V6 factory.

GlobalPause and GlobalUnpause stop or resume user mutations.
WithdrawProtocolFees sends recorded protocol fees to a valid address.
ProposeAdmin nominates a replacement admin.
CancelAdminProposal removes a pending nomination.

Only the nominated account can call AcceptAdmin. The admin cannot take holder balances, withdraw curve reserves, withdraw the locked seed LP, change token economics, or choose who activates an AMM.
